CheckIn & Game Day

ELECTRONIC Check In

Online check is required for all teams.

The deadline to upload required documents is WEDNESDAY,  JANUARY 22, 5pm.   All rosters will be locked to prevent any changes.

The online process requires certain documents to be uploaded by the above mentioned deadline.  After which the tournament staff will review for completeness.   All documents must be in good order to play.

Documents to be uploaded include:

  • Sanctioned league/tournament roster
  • Guest Player/Player Loan forms
  • Travel papers

Additionally, the Player Roster needs to be setup in GotSoccer  in the Roster tab (used for game reports) which includes player photos.

Refer to the appropriate checklist for specifics on check in items.  Medical releases do not need to be uploaded however you must have possession of them throughout tournament weekend. 

Once logged into your team account, select the tournament event then go to the Document tab.   Select the item to upload and attach the appropriate file.  

Refer to the GotSoccer help documents on how to add guest players and remove league players not attending this tournament.  These changes can be done without impacting your regular team roster.  

Once documents are uploaded, email triumphtournaments@gmail.com that documents are uploaded.  Include in the subject line   ONLINE CHECK IN  with your team name including age group.  (Refer to CheckList)

REFEREES WILL BE PROVIDED GAME REPORTS FROM THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE.  You will NOT need to print Game Reports .

The checklist document provides a summary of the information needed to complete the check in process, including what information needs to be uploaded in GotSoccer.  Additionally there are links to GotSoccer Help topics for updating your Got Soccer tournament event roster, guest players, and removing players on the Tournament home page. 

GAME DAY

The check-in process is completely online.   No need to stop by HQ before your games.  

You should have a hard copy of all uploaded documents and your medical releases with you throughout the tournament weekend.

  • Referees will be provided with all game reports
  • After your game, a representative from each team to review the completed game report - verify correct score and cards have been recorded and each sign the game report 
  • The WINNING team is required to bring the game report to HQ; in case of a draw the HOME Team brings the report to HQ within 30 mins of game completion  
  • HQ will record the scores in GotSoccer
