Online check is required for all teams.
The deadline to upload required documents is TUESDAY, JANUARY 22, 5pm. All rosters will be locked to prevent any changes.
The online process requires certain documents to be uploaded by the above mentioned deadline. After which the tournament staff will review for completeness. All documents must be in good order to play.

Additionally, the Player Roster needs to be setup in GotSoccer in the Roster tab (used for game reports) which includes player photos.
Refer to the appropriate checklist for specifics on check in items. Medical releases do not need to be uploaded however you must have possession of them throughout tournament weekend.
Once logged into your team account, select the tournament event then go to the Document tab. Select the item to upload and attach the appropriate file.
Refer to the GotSoccer help documents on how to add guest players and remove league players not attending this tournament. These changes can be done without impacting your regular team roster.
Once documents are uploaded, email firstname.lastname@example.org that documents are uploaded. Include in the subject line ONLINE CHECK IN with your team name including age group. (Refer to CheckList)
You will print your Game Reports after receiving an email from the tournament staff that all documents are in good order.
Bring GAME REPORTS TO CHECK IN FOR FINAL APPROVAL. Game reports will be stamped.
On game day you will provide the referee with an approved/stamped Game Report (prior to the start of the game. After the game, collect it from the referee, make sure information has been recorded correctly and turn the report into HQ. Both teams are required to turn in a Game Report upon completion of the game.
Check In 15 to 30-minutes prior to your first game at Five Star Complex. Allow sufficient time to present game reports. Games will not be delayed and cannot start until all paperwork is in good order.
U11 and up – Guest Player Forms MUST have the PLAYER REGISTRATION NUMBER on the guest player form in addition to the appropriate signatures.
Academy teams – make sure you have the correct roster.

How to find Game Reports in GotSport
Log into your GotSport (GotSoccer) Account.
If the Home page is populated when you log in, select our tournament. If another screen displays select either the Home page or My Events. Both cases select our tournament.
From the tournament box go to Schedules.
Select the gray box to the left of each game, click that box and the game report will open.
What to do once you find the Game Reports
Print a game report for each game displayed.
Bring game reports to check in where they will be stamped.
HQ will provide game reports/scorecards for teams advancing to Semi and Final games on Sunday.
